The landmark restaurant dating back to 1802 is now a redesigned "modern meets vintage" bistro with a vine-covered courtyard and open fireplace - and is called "Liefde" ("love" in Afrikaans). Chef Albert van der Loo serves lovingly prepared Cape classics and modern gourmet cuisine, paired with wines from this world-famous wine region.
Sit back and enjoy a sundowner in the tranquillity of the beautiful, green garden or bask in the sun next to the pool.
