Ikoma Tented Camp
Amidst an incredible landscape of savannah and sky, you will find the small Ikoma Tented Camp, sheltered in a grove of acacia trees. Ikoma has 35 traditional Meru tents, each under a thatched roof with a private veranda overlooking the impressive plains of the Serengeti.
Ikoma Tented Camp is ideally located on the border of the world-famous Serengeti National Park, on the path of migrating wildlife between Kenya and Tanzania.
From Ikoma you can enter the western corridor of the park, which flows into the Grumeti River at Kirawira - home to the giant African crocodiles. There is no better place to enjoy one of the world's greatest wildlife adventures. Staying at Ikoma Tented Camp offers you the unique opportunity to enjoy a night drive or walking safari, as the camp is located just outside the national park boundary. Nocturnal animals such as the leopard, aardvark and eared fox can also be observed here.
The tents have their own bathroom/WC.
