Under tall shady trees on the banks of a dry riverbed, nature lovers will find attractive and well-screened campsites, while the distance to the Fish River Canyon is about 24 km. Toilets and bathrooms are built from the natural stones. The flat hill behind the campsite offers great views of the landscape and is the perfect spot for a sundowner. Campers are welcome to use the swimming pool at Canyon Roadhouse (2 minutes' walk) as well as the restaurant and bar. There you will not only enjoy a break from your camping kitchen, but you will also be transported back in time: dine amidst lovingly arranged car bodies and other displays of the means of transportation of years gone by.
