With lush wilderness fringed by ivory sandy beaches and azure waters, the Ankify Peninsula lies at the northern tip of Madagascar and even though it is the kick-off points for excursions to the islands of Nosy Be and Nosy Komba, it has remained largely untouched by tourism. Ankify's shores are dotted with charming fishing and farming villages with thatched roof huts, where life has changed very little for centuries.
