Day 2:

After breakfast, transfer to Maun airport. Here you board a charter flight to the Okavango Delta. The Okavango Delta, considered one of nature's masterpieces, offers a glimpse into the true great wilderness of Africa. Protected by the Moremi Game Reserve and many private game reserves, the Okavango Delta is home to large herds of elephant, buffalo, lion, hippo, giraffe and zebra.

Day 3:

You spend a full day relaxing and enjoying this beautiful oasis that provides a haven for Africa's famous wildlife. Alternatively, you can take part in the activities offered by the lodge (optional and at your own expense), such as mokoro (hollowed out canoe) excursions, bush walks and boat cruises.

After a delicious breakfast, charter flight back to Maun and drive across the border into Namibia, a country of wide open skies, dramatic scenery, diverse game reserves and incredible birding opportunities. Day 5:

Enjoy a game drive along the flood plains of the Mahango Game Reserve. Water throughout the year guarantees a variety of wildlife. During the dry winter months, however, the chances of seeing animals are higher as they frequent the river and waterholes. You will visit the Popa Falls, with year-round flowing rivers, magnificent indigenous forests, floodplains and reed-lined channels. The "falls" are actually rapids created by quartz ledges that divide the river into several channels.

Day 6:

Enjoy the opportunity to discover the beauty of the Zambezi region (formerly known as the Caprivi Strip) during an early morning game drive in an open safari vehicle. Often referred to as Botswana's answer to the Okavango Delta, the rivers, wetlands and forests of the Zambezi region support a variety of wildlife including hippo and buffalo. In the afternoon, you will visit a traditional village where the villagers will show you various fishing and hunting techniques, as well as their customs and traditions.

Day 7:

This morning you drive back to Botswana. The abundance of nature and a low population make Botswana one of the most rewarding countries in Africa to experience a big game safari. Large parts of the country have been set aside for game conservation, from large mammals to water-loving species and incredible birdlife.

Day 8:

Enjoy an exciting morning game drive in an open safari vehicle in Chobe National Park. The second largest park in Botswana is known for excellent sightings throughout the year as it is home to one of the largest game populations on the African continent. In the afternoon, a game drive by boat on the Chobe River awaits you.

After breakfast, transfer from the lodge to Kasane Airport and on to A' Zambezi River Lodge in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.

Day 10:

Participate in a breathtaking tour of the waterfalls on the Zimbabwean side.
