The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom and views of the Twelve Apostles mountain range. The fourth bedroom is a separate outdoor suite with lounge area and en-suite bathroom.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The bathrooms have a contemporary, modern design - with sanitary ware and fittings by Hans Grohe and Phillipe Starck.
Aside from the uninterrupted views, Villa Ava has a wonderful flow, with an open plan living room, dining area (seating eight) and a beautiful, modern kitchen with stainless steel surfaces.
